First Colony in Sugar Land, Texas could be your “Home Sweet Home”
Conveniently located off of the Southwest Freeway, First Colony is just under twenty miles from downtown Houston. When the master plan of First Colony was first created, the two most important things were family and community.
They have succeeded and even surpassed in this endeavour as First Colony now has several Homeowners Associations, the largest of which is the First Colony Community Association. Each association helps to meet all the needs of every Homeowner and/or Business owner in that particular neighborhood.
First Colony maintains fastidious landscaping and boasts wonderful tree-lined streets, beautiful parks with lakes and miles of walking paths for the enjoyment of all its residents. The amenities are truly endless at First Colony. There is the lovely Heritage Colony Clubhouse, several pools to swim in, endless parks, playgrounds, lakes, tennis courts and even a Disc Golf Course. In addition to all of the recreation that is available, First Colony offers swim classes and many other programs to choose from.
