They are responsible for working with the landscape contractors to provide residents with the most beautiful landscaping possible. When you visit First Colony ’s website you will understand why. The Association has even selected a computer controlled irrigation system for the community, which will be completed in 2009.
First Colony is also known for its wonderful sense of community, which has a strong focus on family. There are several Special Events always in the works at First Colony for residents to become invloved in. Coming up this September 1st, the "Fired Up 5K & Family/Youth Walk" will be held with all proceeds to benefit the MDA. On September 15th at Sweetwater Country Club, there is the FCCA Golf Tournament benefitting Child Advocates of Fort Bend County.
